Dear PTH Friends,
The very name of this ministry is “Point to Hope.” Before PTH even came into being, Nancy Haney was simply following the leading of the Holy Spirit; doing and going whereever, and whenever the Lord said, regardless if she felt well, or if it was convenient. Complete servanthood to Jesus! Nancy walks in obedience because of her love for the Lord. As a result, Point to Hope Ministries came into being. The Lord Himself named Point to Hope.
Many of you have probably heard Nancy say these words: “I live to do His good pleasure.” I know all of heaven has heard Nancy declare these words. In fact, heaven gave a response in His Word: “For God is working in you (Nancy), giving you (Nancy) the desire and the power to do what pleases Him,” (Phil. 2:13 NLT).
So today, I am here to declare, on behalf of Nancy and PTH, that we continue to Point to Hope – and that is Jesus! Nancy’s condition may have not yet changed on the outside, but neither has our firm stance and belief in the power of the Name of Jesus, our Hope! And I know if Nancy could say it herself, she would declare to you today, this day after the presidential election …. DO NOT LOSE HOPE! “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a hope realized is the tree of life,” (Prov. 13:12). This verse is the very theme scripture the Lord gave Nancy when PTH was established. We continue to hold fast for Nancy and God’s country!
Satan has always tried to interfere in God’s plans, and he will continue to do so. Consider Jesus. From birth to death there have always been schemes to destroy God’s purposes; we are at war people! To the onlookers, it looked completely hopeless when Jesus was hanging on the cross …. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE FINAL VOTE!
Years ago, I was sitting in church beside Nancy and just before she was about to get up and speak, the Spirit of the Lord started speaking to her. The very words the Holy Spirit spoke to Nancy in her spirit, He confirmed in the Word: “Behold, I have put My Words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant,” (Jer. 1:9b-10). These words are still alive and active within Nancy, and they will surely thrive!
Why am I sharing this with you today? Because of ‘MY WORD’ – the Lord’s Word. It is TRUTH and it is HOPE! On July 21, 2020, Nancy and I walked the streets of Washington D.C. and shot a quiver full of TRUTH arrows (prophetically) … a quiver that was filled supernaturally by the Lord. That may sound crazy, I agree, and it looked crazy too! (see post: “Quiver; Kingdom or Counterfeit? https://pointtohope.com/?p=701 ).
The Bible is full of ‘crazy’ and prophetic acts. I am just glad we didn’t have to do like Isaiah, “walk naked and barefoot for three years as a sign” (Is. 20:3). There is crazy but there is always a ‘crazier’! I am writing today because I know what Nancy, our ordained Apostle of the Lord, would say: DO NOT LOSE HOPE! Keep pressing in and praying! God has a plan for America … GOD HAS THE FINAL VOTE! Truth arrows seem odd, but it was the Lord’s idea! Crazy or not, His Word stands firm! … The Lord says, “for I am ready to perform MY WORD,” (Jer. 1:12b). He will perform His Word over Nancy and over our country.
God has the final vote on Nancy as well! And He has put covenant promises in her and we will continue to pull down the TRUTH from God’s realm because the Lord has plans and purposes …. “If God is for us (Nancy & America), who can be against us?” (Ro. 8:31b). “O Lord, God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven? And do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand, there is no one able to take a stand against You.” (2 Chro. 20:6).
Do not lose hope! Watch from the Lord’s view, perspective. And do you know what He sees / does from His seat? His throne? “He that sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall hold them in derision,” (Ps. 2:4). The battle in the election is not a battle of politics or a right and left side. It is war in the heavenly realm over Christ and anti-Christ; Good and evil; Light and dark. Stay in the fight, Warriors! Stay in the race!
The good news is, God has given the victory, but His people must pray! Which is also why I am writing. Point to Hope Ministries was birthed as a result of prayer, and prayer continues to be a firm foundation of PTH: prayer, listening, the Word, Holy Spirit! Servanthood!
As prayer facilitator, I recently posed an inquiry question to various PTH leadership. The purpose being that I wanted to hear what the Lord was speaking to them. Now that I have their responses and have consulted with Debbie G. (PTH Director), I know the Lord has a prayer strategy that will be unfolding. But at this point, our stance is one of … ‘waiting on the Lord’ … Which is the best ONE to wait on! “Lord, how can I wait on You? Serve You?”
Although I do not have the complete picture, I believe that the passages the Lord gave Nancy earlier this year (which are for the next decade), will somehow tie into a prayer strategy for PTH Ministries. In the meantime, keep these passages reviewed and at heart:
Genesis, chapters 12-24
Hebrews, chapters 1-13
Job, chapter 38
Ephesians, chapter 6
Haggai, chapters 1-2

Again! DO NOT LOSE HOPE! Continue to pray and intercede for Nancy & Country! The Lord is on our side …. Perhaps a more accurate proclamation would be, we are on His side!
